How does it work ?

1. Purchase your product at the Netgear UK store

Buy your selected device for your smart home from NETGEAR and receive it within 1-3 days (work days, depending on product availability).

2. Go to MILA website and book your service

Go directly to the Mila website ( to book your installation service directly with our partner Mila. Simply specify the place and date. Mila will find a suitable and competent Mila partner near you within 24 hours.

3. Get your on-site installation

The Mila partner will visit your home at the agreed time and date.
You can locate the Mila partner from 30 minutes before the start of the appointment. So you know exactly when your installer will arrive.
They will take care of the installation of your NETGEAR device until the setup has been completed and your device is up and running.

4. Pay, rate & enjoy

After the installation of your device, confirm the payment and rate your Mila partner and their service online. Mila guarantee applies here: You only pay if the booked service has been properly performed.
